We move at a gentle, sustainable pace, building regulation skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful change that lasts.

You don’t have to feel completely overwhelmed to begin. Many clients start simply because they’re tired of feeling anxious, shut down, or disconnected and want a more compassionate way of relating to themselves.
